A half-day booking is up to 3.5 hours on-site with a two-person team.
A full-day booking is up to 7 hours on-site with a two-person team.
These time blocks allow us to work efficiently without rushing the quality of the work.

The remaining balance is paid once the work is completed and you’re happy.

All our packages include a two-person team, tools, PPE, basic consumables (such as screws, plugs, fillers and sealants) and local travel.
Larger materials are supplied by you or can be sourced by us at cost plus a 20% sourcing fee.
5. Do you need to see photos before giving a price?
Photos are very helpful and usually allow us to confirm pricing quickly and accurately.
They help us understand access, condition and scope, and avoid surprises on the day.
8. What if the job takes longer than expected?
If a job looks like it will exceed the agreed time, we’ll always discuss options with you before continuing.
No additional work is carried out without your approval.

Yes. We regularly help homeowners, landlords and estate agents prepare properties for sale or rental.
This can include small repairs, decorating, garden tidy-ups, fence repairs, and general improvements to get a property looking its best for photos, viewings or new tenants.
Most property preparation work fits well into our Full Day or Multi-Day packages.
